How HousePad works, in plain terms.

What is HousePad

HousePad is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain built on Pons V2. Every token launched here is tied to one real house: a listing on realtor.com that is fetched and verified the moment you paste its link.

The token is not the house. It gives no ownership, deed, rental income or any legal right in the property, and it does not track the listing price. The house is the identity behind the token, shown on its page with the address, price, size and photos read from the listing.

HousePad does not own the token contract or the liquidity. Pons does. What HousePad adds is the house record, the launch flow, and the holder fee claims.

Picking the house

Pick one of the preset houses on the launch page, or paste the URL of any listing on realtor.com. The server reads the realtor.com property id from the link, pulls the listing from realtor.com, and stores a copy: address, city, state, list price, beds, baths, square feet, lot size, year built, type, description and photos.

Nothing is typed by hand. If realtor.com does not know the listing, the launch form says so and will not continue. The stored copy is refreshed every time the listing is looked up again.

The listing photo becomes the token image and the street address becomes the token name unless you change them.

Launching on Pons

Name the token, pick a symbol and sign one transaction. It costs the 0.0005 ETH Pons launch fee plus gas. You supply no liquidity.

The transaction calls Pons to create the token and its bonding curve, priced in ETH. Supply is one billion tokens, all of it on the curve. After the transaction confirms, the launch is recorded together with the house it is tied to.

The token trades on the Pons curve until it graduates at 4.2 ETH. At graduation the curve closes and the liquidity moves into a full-range Uniswap v4 pool that is locked forever in the Pons Launch Locker.

Fees

Pons sets the trading fee. Of the base fee, 70% goes to the creator side and 30% to the Pons protocol. Fees keep flowing after graduation through the Pons meme hook.

A creator tax of up to 10% can be added at launch. All of it goes to the creator side, which raises what holders receive.

The creator side is distributed to holders in rounds: a snapshot of holders is taken, a merkle tree is built, and each holder claims their share on the Claim page. A claim can only be made once per round. Amounts that are not claimed stay claimable.

What to trust and what to check

Liquidity is locked by Pons, not by this site. That is enforced on chain and cannot be undone.

The house record is fetched from realtor.com. Anyone can open the listing link on the token page and compare it against what is shown.

Publishing a distribution round is done by the operator. The snapshot block and the merkle root are public, so anyone can recompute the tree from chain data and check it.

Risks

Tokens launched on HousePad confer no ownership, dividend, rental, deed or voting rights in any property or company. A token tied to a house is not the house and does not track its price.

Listings can be sold, withdrawn or repriced by their owners at any time. The token keeps trading regardless.

Pons V2 is unaudited at the time of writing. Audits are in progress. HousePad is built on Pons and carries that risk. Liquidity is locked by Pons and cannot be withdrawn, so a launch with wrong parameters cannot be undone.

HousePad is not available to persons in restricted jurisdictions. Nothing here is investment advice.
